Since everyone thinks in his or her own way, our PKBs should also be different. Your PKB reflection should describe:

the extent of your current PKB
types of content?
topics? School related? Non school related?
number of notes? (there is no minimum number)
questions or difficulties that you still have trying to use Evernote professionally.
